What are the types of motor brushes? According to the basic materials, there are different brush sets. Please see which types are divided into the following content?

Amorphous carbon: usually used for electric portable tools. Suitable for small motors that rotate at high speeds.

 Graphite: used for loaders. The materials for continuous current motors and toroidal AC motors above 25Kw (20 Hp) have a strength of about 300/400 amperes. When the strength is out of date, we use the same material but different additives.

Metal graphite: Usually used in forklifts and cranes, as well as in high-strength and low-tension motors, because this brush has low resistance and can withstand high electrical charges. A long time ago, many materials were used. Nowadays, cheap and/materials are more or less obsolete. They have a strong resistance brush, so they can support a higher charge during startup. Among their advantages, they can self-regulate the power of the motor, but on the other hand, they are easy to extend.

 Flat brush: made of compact material, used for small space applications with high conductivity, such as generators or lightning rods. This is a pf brush whose composition can vary significantly from one application to another.
